Actress Tara Basro says she was dazzled by the sunrises and sunsets when shooting Pendekar Tongkat Emas (The Golden Cane Warrior) on location in East Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).
'Having the chance to shoot in NTT means that I enjoyed the sunrises over the savannah when I went [on set], and the sunsets when I got back [at night],' the 24-year-old said, as quoted by kompas.com.
'There's definitely a big difference between Jakarta and Sumba,' said Tara, who also had roles in Catatan (Harian) Si Boy [Boy's Diary] and The Killers.
The martial arts film, directed by Ifa Isfansyah and starring Christine Hakim, will hit theaters on Dec. 18.
