The pair, seeded second in the tournament, overcame Mads Conrad-Petersen/Mads Pieler Kolding of Denmark, scoring 21-16, 15-21 and 21-19.
Indonesia had two semifinalists on that day but Asian Games gold medalists Greysia Polii/Nitya Krishinda Maheswari lost to top seeds Misaki Matsumoto/Ayaka Takahashi of Japan, scoring 21-16 and 21-15.
In the finals on Sunday, Asian Games gold medalists Ahsan/Hendra will take on the winners of the game between Takeshi Kamura/Keigo Sonoda and Liu Xiaolong/Qiu Zihan.
