Depok Transportation Agency head Gandara Budiana said the new fare would be implemented as of Monday.
'We've given flyers publicizing the new fares to all angkot drivers. We expect to see the flyers in all angkot so passengers are also informed,' Gandara said as quoted by tribunnews.com.
Meanwhile, governor Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama was scheduled to sign a gubernatorial instruction on a rise in public transportation fares on Monday. The new fares will be implemented in the near future. (***)
