AKARTA: Actress and filmmaker Lola Amaria says she's working on making a new short film, to be titled Vania.
'I'm very interested in social issues, so my movies are mostly about that,' Lola said as quoted by tribunnews.com.
Vania will tell a love story through the characters of a mother and a daughter. However, the 37-year-old Lola declined to give more details about the film.
'I'm still doing research for this movie. I want it to be original, not based on a biography or books,' said the director of Minggu Pagi di Victoria Park (Sunday Morning at Victoria Park).
