Without a deep and accurate assessment of their organization's culture, boards and management teams will find it very challenging to initiate and implement strategic change.
Your comments:
Yes, that's true. Without a deep and accurate assessment of their organization's culture, boards and management teams will find it very challenging to initiate and implement strategic change.
Organizations most successful in driving and implementing change share three underlying principles through which they embrace the organizational culture, and use it as an enabler in the process.
The three principles are understanding differences in global cultures, understanding what culture means to different people and aligning change initiatives with the culture.
So, if the three principles above are applied, the organizations will be successful.
