AKARTA: Anggun C. Sasmi took to Twitter to express sympathy for Ahmed Merabet, one of the French police officers shot dead during the attack on satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo's office in Paris.
Anggun, who lives in Paris, posted an image to Twitter showing the last moments of Merabet, who was a Muslim, before his death.
The caption on the photo reads 'In case you are confused, this is a terrorist, this is a Muslim', with two arrows pointing to an attacker and Merabet respectively.
Anggun also included the hashtag #JeSuisCharlie on the photo.
