Text your say: Condemning the executions

Y

our comments on the condemnation by foreign countries and international organizations of the recent execution of six convicted drug traffickers, calling on the Indonesian government to end such punishment:

It is not unusual in life to find ourselves, at least once, in a position at odds with our beliefs.

While I am no supporter of the death penalty, for those wishing to condemn then first visit this place. Consider that people are in this business for the ultimate profits and only ultimate losses will cause them to get out of the business.

I would add that whatever penalty is applied to the mules before the courts should be applied equally to those officials who accept bribes to allow this business to be carried out.

If you have ever witnessed anyone under the negative influences of this substance, then you can only agree with the penalty.

Well what can I say? We do not have the right to interfere in the laws of other countries and they did know the risk and they were aware of the local law but they carried out the offense and now they must pay.

I absolutely condemn the execution of the convicted drug traffickers, but for corruptors, I absolutely agree, the sooner the better.

To save the next generation from drugs, I support the government'€™s assertive decision to execute the drug smugglers.

On the other hand, I hope the government already has solution to save the hundreds of Indonesian migrant workers who are waiting for the same punishment in several countries.

I think differences of opinion exist everywhere. Don'€™t let people who do evil live a long life.

The government has to keep its integrity because it might be the start of other states testing Indonesia'€™s integrity and firmness. Go ahead!
