To cater to the spending needs of Indonesia'€™s affluent socioeconomic bracket, Standard Chartered Bank (StanChart) Indonesia has revamped its Infinite card, one that targets individuals with a minimum total relationship balance (TRB) of Rp 500 million (US$37,715), with more benefits and special offers.

From the outset, Standard Chartered Infinite Card has a number of features that distinguish it from similar products: up to 8x Reward Points for every Rp10,000 domestic and overseas transactions, cashback of Rp 500,000 for transactions in restaurants during the month of the customer'€™s birthday, and some 15 percent cashback for transactions in amusement parks across the globe.

Furthermore, the card also offers a comprehensive reward point system covering not only daily transactions but also all bank transactions, like savings, deposits and investments.

The card also offers many benefits related to lifestyle, which can be enjoyed by customers along with their family members and friends: buy one get one tickets from selected The Premiere XXI theaters, free access to local and overseas airports, as well as free green fees in selected golf clubs across Indonesia.

Targeting the affluent

The main target market for the Standard Chartered Infinite Card is the upscale Indonesian socioeconomic bracket, which already has optimum wealth management strategies allowing its members to plan the welfare of their offspring.

The bank expects its efforts to help the affluent manage their wealth to contribute to the bank'€™s own business growth. This is why the development of products specifically developed for the market remains the bank'€™s main business strategy.

The enrichment of the credit card'€™s features is also very timely: currently, wealth growth and purchasing power, especially for the affluent, is very rapid. This credit card has also been launched in conjunction with the ever-growing number of people who use their wealth for financial investment.

With convenient features and services, the card is expected to boost customers'€™ shopping and investment convenience. With market insight that places high importance on customer exclusivity, Standard Chartered Infinite Card makes all kinds of transactions more valuable, be it for the customers or their family members.

Aside from Standard Chartered Infinite Card, the bank also has an array of other credit cards that cater to different market segments, namely Standard Chartered Visa Platinum, MasterCard Platinum, WorldMiles, and Titanium.

Standard Chartered Visa Platinum and MasterCard Platinum offer attractive reward points and many lifestyle privileges.

The Standard Chartered WorldMiles Card is a credit card specially designed for people who love to travel. Travelers can get tokens in WorldMiles mileage every time they use their card and exchange the tokens in a Frequent Flyer Program, where they can get free flights or upgrades. Airlines included in the Frequent Flyer Program are Garuda Indonesia, Singapore Airlines, Asia Miles and Air Asia.

Last but not least, the bank'€™s Titanium enables more economic transactions with a cashback of up to 3.5 percent. Card owners can get a maximum cashback of Rp 650,000 per month.
