ambi Police detectives announced on Wednesday that they had made arrests in connection to the production of 11,000 bottles of adulterated liquor in Simpang Jerambah Bolong, South Jambi, on Wednesday evening.
Police arrested four workers at the premises ' Madsus of Depok (West Java), Iwan and Joko, of Sukoharjo (Central Java) and Hari of Karanganyar (Central Java) ' and took them in for further questioning at the Jambi Police headquarters, while the financier of the business is being pursued by the police.
'We also seized mixed liquor that was ready for distribution,' said Jambi Police chief spokesman Adj. Sr. Comr. Almansyah on Thursday.
'We seized 792 bottles of liquor,' added Almansyah.
