e would like to clarify information in an article published in The Jakarta Post on Tuesday, March 3 entitled 'Adira Finance Mulls takeover of sister company'. Through this letter we would like to clarify that there is no corporate action set to take place between Adira Finance and Adira Quantum, including mergers, acquisitions, or smelting.
Adira Finance and Adira Quantum will continue to operate as two separate entities. Adira Finance and Adira Quantum are currently maximizing synergies in their businesses, leveraging on Adira Finance's extensive distribution network by optimizing cross-selling of Adira Quantum's products, which are durable goods financing.
