Guess what?: Shae shares morning health tips

Always looking fit and energetic, singer and actress Sheryl Gething, more popularly known as Shae, says that she does a workout every day before her morning shower.

'€œI'€™m used to doing simple exercises, like push-ups and sit-ups, for about 15 minutes,'€ Shae said, as quoted by tribunnews.com.

'€œThe two physical exercises are suitable for me because they can boost my confidence and spirit, besides maintaining my fitness,'€ the 21-year-old added.

Shae, who starred in Nayato Fio Nuala'€™s film 3600 Detik (3,600 Seconds), said that she liked to do the simple exercises in her bedroom, adding that if she enjoys doing something good then she tries to make it a daily habit.
