he camp of Agung Laksono has pressed ahead with its plan to stage a national leadership meeting of the Golkar Party despite the ruling of the State Administrative Court (PTUN) to suspend Agung's leadership of the party.
'We will hold the national leadership meeting tomorrow in Slipi,' said the Agung camp's secretary-general Zainuddin Amali, referring to the neighborhood in West Jakarta where the party headquarters is located.
The meeting is meant to consolidate Agung's leadership of the party.
The PTUN ruled last week that it suspended the decision of Law and Human Rights Minister Yasonna H. Laoly recognizing Agung as the legitimate leader of Golkar.
Following the suspension, Aburizal's camp demanded Agung's supporters leave the party's headquarters in Slipi.
On Monday, the National Police declared two members of Agung's camp as suspects for allegedly forging documents, following a report filed by a member of Aburizal's camp.
