ouse of Representatives (DPR) deputy speaker Fadli Zon comments that the president must act on his cabinet is not presenting the right results according to the government roadmap.
Fadli said that it is President Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo's right to evaluate the performance of those in his cabinet, and that it is recommended if actions are taken when the cabinet's performance deviates from the government's goals.
'He should evaluate through the cabinet's work performances whether or not they are clearly following the roadmap. If he doesn't, we will just be wasting time, while other countries advance further,' Fadli told reporters at the sidelines of a House plenary meeting on Tuesday.
In satisfaction terms, Fadli mentioned a recent survey conducted on the performance of Jokowi's cabinet.
According to a survey by Poltracking, 41.8 percent of respondents say that the performance of Jokokwi's current cabinet is unsatisfactory, and agreed with a cabinet reshuffle. The survey's results were given to Jokowi on Sunday, and Vice President Jusuf Kalla previously said that the cabinet reshuffle plan is 'inevitable'. (dyl)(++++)
