"This shows that Bandung citizens are not yet grown up. Some of us are uncivilized, unable to appreciate the hard work of fellow citizens," Ridwan said on Monday.
Damages included the disappearance of flags of AACC participating countries as well as iron plates with their names. Flowers, pots and three benches were broken as well.
"I previously hoped that all would be under control, that nothing would be stolen," he said in Bandung as quoted by kompas.com.
