ozens of residents from community unit (RW) No. 03 in Warakas, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, took advantage of a mobile electronic identity card (e-KTP) service provided by the North Jakarta Population and Civil Registry Agency on Saturday.
Services including e-KTP data recording, KTP renewal and KTP transfer were available.
'I am busy working too, just like those government officials. A mobile service like this can make my life easier,' said Fatur, a resident, as quoted by kompas.com.
Held every Saturday, the e-KTP mobile services aims to simplify civil registry services.
North Jakarta Population and Civil Registry Agency head Muhammad Hatta said on Saturday that 62 residents had recorded their e-KTP data and two residents had recorded their family cards (KK).
