aolan Police in Tolitoli regency, Central Sulawesi, arrested four people for allegedly distributing crystal methamphetamine in Lorong Salamae in Baru subdistrict on Saturday.
The suspects were identified only as a female ET, 31, of Tuweley subdistrict and three males EK, 26, BG, 30, and OH, 26, of Buol, a neighboring regency.
'One of the suspects is an important dealer and has been engaged in the illegal business for a long time,' Baolan Police chief Adj. Sr. Comr. Alfius Parangi said on Monday.
During the arrest, the police also confiscated crystal meth packages, money and a vehicle as evidence. Following tests, the police also found that the suspects had been using the drugs themselves.
The suspects have been detained at the Baolan Police office and will be transferred to the Tolitoli Police headquarters.
