A major problem with this is the high cost of the emulsion agent. In addition, it isn't so good for commercial use (for cars) as, if it isn't used within a set period of time or sits undisturbed for a set period of time, the water and diesel tend to separate.
This old technology has been reviewed throughout the world.
I have noticed in a few dealings with Pertamina's so-called experts and research and development department that they are slow, arrogant, stuck on old technology and not innovative ' although instead of spending all day doing who knows what, they can spend a few hours a day on Google researching new technology that is either an available commercial application or on the verge of being available.
There is no need for expensive trips, but just to use the Internet at the initial stage.
