he office building of the National Commission for Child Protection (Komnas PA) on Jl. TB Simatupang, Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta, caught fire on Saturday, gutting four rooms, including a data storage room.
Komnas PA office manager Indriyarko Endar said on Saturday that officers from the East Jakarta Police and the National Police forensic laboratory had investigated the scene to ascertain the cause of the blaze.
'I imagine the fire was caused by firecrackers, rather than a short-circuit problem, because the building's electricity was still on during the fire,' Indriyarko said as quoted by tribunnews.com.
