round 30 angkot (public minivan) drivers plying the D01 route between Kebayoran Lama in South Jakarta and Ciputat in East Jakarta, held a peaceful rally at the South Jakarta Police office on Monday to demand the severe punishment of a fellow driver who was named a suspect in a recent rape.

A representative of the drivers, Maizar, offered an apology to the victim'€™s family and appealed to the public not to avoid taking D01 minivans. '€œOur income decreased drastically after the incident,'€ he said as quoted by beritajakarta.com.
