AKARTA: Popular presenter Ruben Onsu says he is not nervous about taking care of his newborn daughter, as he has mastered the required skills via a parenting course.
'I am not [nervous] because I have joined a parenting class for dads. We use baby dolls in our training,' he told news portal tribunnews.com in Jakarta on Thursday.
Thanks to the course, he can now carefully hold carry and soothe his baby whenever she is crying. Ruben and his wife, Sarwenda Tan, have arranged a schedule to watch over Thalia, who was born in early June.
'For instance, Wenda takes the shift from morning until 12 p.m. I take my turn afterwards to give her breast milk that was pumped earlier.'
