AKARTA: Actor Dennis Adishwara, who plays the nerdy Memet in the popular flick Ada Apa Dengan Cinta? (What's Up with Love?), said on Wednesday that he had received a script for the film's upcoming sequel.
'I have not opened the script yet but it's in my home,' he said on the sidelines of a Popcon press conference on Thursday as quoted by kapanlagi.com.
He noted that his castmate, Dian Sastrowardoyo, who takes the leading role of Cinta, had read the script of the much-awaited sequel.
'Dian has read it but I haven't contacted her. I just want to know what she thinks about it,' he added.
He said some details of the AADC? sequel would be revealed at a Popcon event on Aug. 8 in Jakarta.
The flick, released in 2002, centered on a high school love story between Cinta and Rangga (Nicholas Saputra). Directed by Rudy Soedjarwo, the film received astounding critical and commercial success.
