I support Jokowi'€™s effort to improve the performance of his five-year term of leadership by swearing in the newly appointed ministers.

I have no doubt in saying that Jokowi must have learned, listened to and discussed intensively with Vice President Jusuf Kalla, all his men, expert advisors, politicians, economists, practitioners, and local and international counterparts. On specific criteria in terms of their education, vision, expertise and experience.

They must be all great people in Jokowi'€™s eyes and he has no doubt of their integrity and he strongly believes they will be able to do their own tasks to reach the goals set by the President.

Jokowi suggested that when working together, the new ministers were asked to maintain close relationships with the President and not betray the trust given to them.

What the President wants is that besides having the ability to synergize with all ministers in order to restore the economic slowdown, they must be '€œclean'€ in order to maintain good governance and transparency in all their portfolios. We trust you and bravo to President Jokowi, Jusuf Kalla and all newly appointed ministers.
