elebrity couple Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina celebrated their first wedding anniversary on Saturday.
'We had a small celebration with the family in the afternoon. But at midnight, I asked her to accompany me to a friend's birthday party, but I took her to a restaurant instead for a surprise dinner,' Raffi said as quoted by kapanlagi.com
Raffi added that he did not prepare a gift for his wife. 'When I asked what kind of gift she wanted, she said she didn't want anything other than having me and Rafathar around,' the 28-year-old presenter said.
The couple's wedding ceremony aired live on TransTV for 14 hours, prompting the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) to sanction the channel.
Nagita gave birth to a son, Rafathar Malik Ahmad, on Aug. 15.
