ell, House Speaker Setya Novanto had now already a few days to rethink his strategy with his team of highly paid lawyers ' the first few days were stalling and now it's coming up with such an outrageous claim from him, as such an upright person, that possibly Freeport will be the one who needs to prove that it did not suggest legal action and the obfuscation is complete and the distraction provided.
One thing is for sure ' he won't have a lot of time now (or even before) to actually do his job as speaker of the DPR for which he is well-paid by taxpayers money (at least until he is sitting in jail but most possibly beyond that point also).
And secondly ' I can't wait for those paid trolls astro-turfing on his behalf Indonesian and English-language news site comment sections with the usual 'innocent until proven guilty' argument in one way or another. Maybe even the same successful all-boys team who did so well for Prabowo and the JIS case.
