AKARTA: Singer Vidi Aldiano plans to get married and continue his studies in the US, and in that order.
'I intend to become a lecturer one day,' he said as reported by tribunnews.com on Sunday.
Vidi, who was catapulted to fame after releasing the song Nuansa Bening (Transparent Atmosphere) seven years ago, said he was now at the age when a man should consider love and marriage.
The 25-year-old received his postgraduate degree from the University of Manchester, the UK, in July, majoring in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship.
Vidi said that the doctoral program he was interested in was only available at a university in the US.
'But it's a long-term plan because I want to settle down first and build a family before temporarily relocating to America. And I'm not in a rush [to marry] because I'm still young.'
