There are many other meats, there is pork, buffalo, horse, dog, snake, bat, porcupine, chicken, duck, rabbit.
But the Muslim population limit their nutrition to only beef and poultry. So here we are.

Minister Thomas Lembong figured it out. The added tax contributed to higher prices. What a smart fellow!

In a nutshell, if people can afford to buy beef, they can afford to pay VAT, moron thinking for sure.

All this decision has done is to push the average person further away from buying nutritional foods. You cannot eat chicken, chicken and more bloody chicken.

They'€™ve been fiddling around with beef prices for seemingly the last five years, and everything they have tried has failed.

They have to understand that a country deficient in a certain product cannot implement tariffs/taxes on that same product without disturbing the market. It'€™s not at all complicated.

And these people think they can solve the problems of the Middle East?
