Port expansion The scene at Pantoloan Harbor in Palu, Central Sulawesi. State port operator Pelindo IV, which manages the port, is expanding the dock from 420 meters to 450m, and plans to expand it to 600m by 2018 to support the Palu Special Economic Zone and Archipelagic Sea Lines of Indonesia (ALKI).
