Detour for part of Jakarta’s Outer Ring Road to start Monday

he Jakarta Police will divert traffic on Jakarta’s Outer Ring Road toll road from Pasar Rebo in East Jakarta to Cikunir in Bekasi for a month to allow for construction work on a section connecting Pasar Rebo and the Bambu Apus toll gate.
The traffic diversion will be in place from Sept. 19 to Oct. 23 between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. every night, according to an official announcement by state-owned construction firm Hutama Karya.
On Monday, vehicles coming from Pondok Indah and heading to BSD in Serpong, Tangerang, will be directed to the Pasar Rebo toll gate, Arteri and then take the entry at the Kampung Rambutan toll gate.
Meanwhile, vehicles coming from Cikunir and heading to Cikampek will be directed trough the Pasar Rebo toll gate and then Arteri, make a U-turn at Raya Bogor and then take the entry at the Geding I toll gate.
