body that was recovered from a police plane crash that had 13 passengers onboard in the waters of Riau Islands province on Saturday, had yet to be identified.
“The body, which was found on the first day, has not yet been identified. This morning, we will send a DNA sample [of the body] to the laboratory,” the Police victims of disaster identification unit head Sr. Comr. Anton Castilani said on Tuesday as reported by tribunnews.com.

Anton further said a search and rescue team had yet to find more bodies from the incident.
“As off this morning, the team is still searching for the [other] victims of the plane crash,” he added.
The Sky Track aircraft believed to have crashed in Lingga regency waters after its departure from Pangkal Pinang, Bangka Belitung province, at approximately 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. The 13 passengers, all members of the police, are feared dead.
Witnesses heard an explosion before the plane plunged into the sea. (jun)
