ussie-Indonesian actor and model Richard Kyle is yet to get used to Jakarta’s traffic although the Australian native has lived in the city for over two years.
“It’s just that I don’t like traffic.
It gets on my nerves. Sometimes it makes me feel sick,” the 29-year-old said as quoted by tribunnews.com after an event at Plaza Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Monday.
The traffic in the area was especially heavy on Monday as road access had been restricted to accommodate a group of people demonstrating in support of Islamic Defenders Forum (FPI) leader Rizieq Shihab, a suspect in several defamation cases.
As his profession requires high mobility, Richard, the star of heist movie The Professionals, relies on online transportation services to get around town, or as an alternative, driving his own motorcycle.
“What’s the worry about driving a motorcycle? Air pollution? I just wear a cool mask that shows off my personality.”
