outh Tangerang Police are tracking down a group of teenagers who allegedly vandalized an internet cafe and robbed its visitors on Jl. Ki Hajar Dewantara No. 100 in Ciputat.
"The perpetrators came on motorbikes. Most of them are teenagers," South Tangerang Police crime unit head Adj. Comr. Alexander was quoted as saying by tribunnews.com on Wednesday evening.
CCTV footage reportedly shows the youngsters armed with machetes and sickles and snatching wallets and cell phones from visitors.
"Fortunately, no one was injured during the rampage," Alexander said. (agn/dmr)
