East Jakarta permit issuance center receives award

he Indonesian Ombudsman has recognized East Jakarta’s One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSP) with an award for its high compliance with public service standards.
“I am so proud of this achievement and we ranked first out of 318 service points of all PTSP facilities in Jakarta,” East Jakarta Mayor Bambang Musyawardana said.
Bambang said obtaining permits like building permits (IMB) and land certificates at the East Jakarta PTSP was fast and free.
Currently, the East Jakarta PTSP receives between 200 and 300 permits submissions per day.
To maintain its achievements, the East Jakarta administration plans to further improve the service by providing more facilities for people with disabilities, according to wartakota.tribunnews.com on Tuesday. Technical matters relating to the plan will soon be discussed at a meeting with relevant parties. (wnd)
