He said the Indonesian Military was ready to secure Obama’s activities in the region.

“There is nothing special [about Obama's visit] because the Secret Service agents also do not have special requests. They understand SOP [standard operating procedures] and we back up each other,” he said in Yogyakarta on Tuesday as reported by kompas.com.

Fajar said he could not give precise information about the hotel and places Obama would visit during his stay in Yogyakarta.

“We will adjust the security measures to fit his schedule. For instance, if he wants to go to Kaliurang, we are ready to provide the security,” he said.

Fajar would not confirm nor deny rumors that Obama will stay at Tentrem Hotel and will visit Borobudur Temple, Prambanan Temple and Breksi Garden.

“The point is we are ready to secure the city and its surroundings. The plan is still tentative. We cannot decide each place he will visit, but it will be around Yogyakarta and Central Java,” he said.
