tate-owned construction firm PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) has booked Rp 8.12 trillion (US$609.06 million) in operating revenue in the first semester, a 25.5 percent year-on-year increase from Rp 6.47 trillion, according to its financial report.
The publicly listed firm also recorded a 26 percent year-on-year (yoy) increase in net profit to Rp 572.54 billion, according to the firm’s financial report submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the weekend.
PP’s earnings per share (EPS) also increased to Rp 92 per share in the first half of 2017, compared to its EPS of Rp 73 per share in the first half of 2016.

PP’s total equity during the period also increased to Rp 11.71 trillion, compared to Rp 10.79 trillion in the first semester of 2016. (mrc/bbn)
