iana Antoinette, Indonesia’s representative in the latest season of Asia’s Got Talent was announced the show’s winner after receiving the most votes during the final on Thursday.
Riana, who performs under the stage name The Sacred Riana, stayed true to her dark magician persona, wearing her signature school girl uniform and displaying her occasional freaky head tilts.
During Riana’s final performance, she pulled a mind reading trick on judge Jay Park. Even when she was announced as the winner, Riana remained emotionless, maintaining her mysterious vibe all the way till the show’s end.
Senior magician Deddy Corbuzier congratulated Riana via his Instagram account. Deddy said he had never been prouder as a mentor.
“Our struggles to advance the magic industry in Indonesia have finally bared fruit,” Deddy said in an Instagram post.
