he NBA has announced that Jaylen Brown of the Boston Celtics will travel to Jakarta to participate in the Jr. NBA Indonesia National Training Camp from July 27 to 29.
The National Training Camp, staged at the Cilandak Sport Centre in southern Jakarta from July 27 to 28 and Pluit Village Mall in the northern area of the capital on July 29, is the culmination of the 2018 Jr. NBA Indonesia presented by the Frisian Flag program.
The program will feature the top 100 boys and girls participating in advanced fundamental skills training and exhibition games. At the end of the camp, eight boys and eight girls will be named the 2018 Jr. NBA Indonesia All-Stars.
Together with their counterparts from Southeast Asia, the 2018 Jr. NBA Indonesia All-Stars will travel to Shanghai in October to attend the NBA China Games 2018 featuring the Philadelphia 76ers and the Dallas Mavericks.
The 100 national training camp finalists will be selected from the upcoming selection camp in Jakarta on July 21. Registration for the selection camp is available at jrnba.asia/indonesia.
