inger Syahrini says she still enjoys being single at 36 and does not want to rush marriage like her peers in the entertainment industry, who tend to get married young.

“First of all, I am still focusing on my career, which has lasted for 10 years,” Syahrini was quoted as saying by kompas.com during her recent concert in Jakarta.

“Secondly, I really need to be careful if I want to get married, because it will be a lifetime commitment,” she added.

“And finally, my sister [Ausyahrani] is also one of the main reasons why I am still single.”

According to Syahrini, her sister, who also acts as her manager, always tries to give her the best advice, whether for professional work or in personal matters.

“She is the one who likes to tell me whom I should meet or have a relationship with,” Syahrini said.
