Most people are not comfortable with having a plus-size body type but presenter Augie Fantinus is grateful to have one.
Augie’s chubby figure helped him land a role as the late great Indonesian comedian Andreas “Ateng” Leo Suripto in a movie titled Lagi-lagi Ateng (Ateng Again) from director Monty Tiwa.
“Honestly I’m surprised and very happy about it. I hope that I can do my best [to portray Ateng] to satisfy everyone,” Augie said as quoted by kompas.com.
Augie initially planned to lose some weight but after landing the role he needed to gain some more kilograms to perfectly depict the heavy set Ateng.
“I gained six kilograms but after the shooting is finished, I need to lose some for my health,” Augie said.
