I think that happened because of the would-be passengers which are dissapointed with Adam Air management who didn't explain to them that all the flights have been canceled by the government.
The Adam Air management should of told them what was goin on before purchasing the tickets or just simply not accepting their money.
However, the Adam Air management should of been responsible of the tickets which are already purchased by giving back their cash or by replacing it with another flights so that would-be passengers are not deserted.
