Not to mention the airport condition in other cities across Indonesia, the main gateway to Indonesia - Jakarta Soekarno Hatta International airport is even far from the standard of an international airport. Toilet maintenance remains as poor as decades ago despite billions of rupiah earned daily from air passengers' airport tax payment, porters half-force passengers to let them carry their baggages, customs manage to make difficulties to international passengers in order to extort a few thousands of rupiah, those uncoordinated taxis and other public transportation outside the arrival halls - all those contribute to the bad first impression as a foreigner steps their feet to the main gateway of Indonesia.

China as another developing country has managed an excellent airport infrastructures and services in the main cities like Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing and a lot others. Neighboring Malaysia has an amazing KLIA and not to mention Changi Airport in neighboring Singapore which has been international transit airport for a long time. How about our beloved Soekarno Hatta Airport then? When the condition is even that bad in international terminal, then you can be sure the condition is even worse in the domestic terminal which is already more similar to a bus terminal rather than a domestic flight terminal.

You guys don't feel ashamed ????
