eginning this summer, passengers of Singapore Airlines’ business class cabin will be able to experience a new Chinese dining concept.

According to a statement, the Shi Quan Wei Mei concept utilizes “traditional cooking methods and fresh seasonal produce”, and was inspired by the Shi Quan Shi Mei menu, which was launched in 2015 to suites and first class customers on certain flights between Singapore and China.

Passengers who select this menu will be served three courses, consisting of appetizers such as fried marinated seabass and spicy tofu beef salad, and main courses such as pepper braised beef brisket with turnip and carrot, and braised pork belly in pickle sauce. Main courses will be served along with side dishes and a choice of rice or noodles.

Rounding out the meal will be Chinese desserts such as chilled orange scented malva nut soup and chilled double boiled papaya and snow fungus soup.
