Paella for the weekend at COMO Uma Canggu

OMO Uma Canggu introduced paella to its menu this January to add to its already exceptional food options. The weekend-only dish is crafted by its very own chefs, and features two options; Arroz Negro and Paella Mixta. The former is a black ink paella with sautéed squid served with alioli and lemon, while the latter is a saffron scented paella with prawn, chicken, fresh chorizo and peas, also complete with alioli and lemon.

“We are fortunate that COMO Beach Club has established itself as the go-to place to enjoy good food, beautiful sunsets and exquisite drinks. With our new weekend offer, we are hoping to bring more vibes to the shores of Canggu,” said Henry Scott, general manager of COMO Uma Canggu.

The two dishes will be served from Friday to Sunday, starting at 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. They are priced at Rp 460,000 per portion for two people. Guests are also able to pair the dish with a selection of sangria, courtesy of the club’s expert bar, starting at Rp 220,000 for two glasses, and Rp 400,000 per bowl. Moreover, diners can enjoy a live performance from some of Bali’s up-and-coming artists every Saturday, with the island’s sunset as the background.
