13 Jakarta shopping malls gear up for midnight sales

Thirteen shopping malls in Jakarta will conduct midnight sales as part of the 2018 Festival Jakarta Great Sale from August 12 to September 1.

s part of the 2018 Festival Jakarta Great Sale (FJGS), 13 shopping malls in Jakarta will hold midnight sales, reports tempo.co. 

The sales will offer discounts of up to 70 percent on various items with additional benefits, said Ellen Hidayat, head of 2018 FJGS and the Jakarta chapter of the Indonesia Shopping Center Association (APPBI).

The sales will start on August 12 and last until September 1, with different schedules for each mall.

Below is a list of the 13 shopping malls along with their midnight sale dates.

Additional benefits in the sales include 70 + 10 percent discounts, 70 + 20 percent discounts and buy one get one free promotions.

The FJGS is a festival of sales and discounts, with total transactions targeted at more than Rp 3 trillion (US$ 208 million). (anm/wng)
