inger Syahrini seems to have a thing for atheletes.

After soccer star David Beckham, now it is the time for the MotoGP champion Jorge Lorenzo to embrace Syahrini’s sensation.

Syahrini’s manager, Reindy told tribunnews.com that his artist had been chosen to welcome the world motor racer during his visit to Indonesia.

After welcoming Lorenzo on Friday afternoon, the phenomenal artist accompanied the rider to appear together on the famous TV talk show Bukan Empat Mata, Reindy said.

When asked how she felt, the media sensation said she was thrilled about meeting Lorenzo, whom she admired for his spirit in sport.

Expressing her admiration, the 29-year-old Syahrini said she had prepared a special performance for the idol.

Apart from singing, the long-haired artist said she planned to perform a traditional Jaipong dance for Lorenzo.

The idea to dance actually came after the creative team of the TV show asked if Syahrini was willing to dance with the champion, who appears to like dancing.

“Not only dancing, if it is necessary I will ask him to dance the Jaipong with me,” the Bogor-born singer said as quoted by detikhot.com.

It seemed that Syahrini went full throttle once again in meeting another international sport figure, not wasting her chance to win the public attention for the umpteenth time.

Chosen to greet Beckham last year, Syahrini successfully grabbed the attention of the media and the public as she met the famous footballer complete with her sensational make-up and hair do, which she hilariously named the jambul khatulistiwa (equator topknot) and bulu mata anti-tsunami (tsunami-proof eyelashes).

It may not be too much if some people acknowledged Syahrini as the artist of 2011 with her continuously making headlines with news of her relationships, show-stopping wardrobe and head-turning make-up — but unfortunately not with her singing career — throughout the year

Her catch phrase sesuatu banget (it’s really something) quickly became part of the national argot with almost everybody — from politicians to housewives — repeating her words.

The year of 2012 seems to be her year as well as the songbird revealed that her schedules was booked until December.

It seems that the public just can’t get enough of Syahrini.
