hilippine police say a truck carrying more than 60people from a wedding has plunged into a ravine in the country's mountainousnorth,killing four passengers and injuring the rest.
Police Superintendent Davy VicenteLimmong says the truck was carrying villagers back home from the celebration inthe mountain town of Mayoyao in Ifugao province when a part of the narrow roadgave in Saturday, causing the vehicle to plummet into a 100-meter ravine.
Limmong said Sundaythat 31 of the more than 50 injured passengers had serious injuries
