ambi High Prosecutors office has commenced an investigation into theMuarasabak pier construction, on suspicion of Rp 60 billion of graft.

We have found strong indications of graft and therefore are increasing the investigation status of this case,' Jambi High Prosecutor special crime assistant Masyrobi said on Friday.

Prosecutors have found enough evidence that the initial funds for the construction were only Rp 2.7 billion, while the funds spent on the project amounted to Rp 60 billion.

Prosecutors plan to summon a number of witnesses in the immediate future.
