andung administration will allow its residents, who are apparently not registered in the voters' list for the upcoming mayoral election, to cast their votes by showing their ID (KTP) to officials at polling stations.
They must go to polling stations located near the address registered on the IDs.
Bandung General Election Committee (KPU) applies the ruling of the Constitutional Court No. 85 PUU 2012 as its legal basis.
Bandung KPU head Apipudin said voters would come to polling stations from 12 a.m. to 1 p.m.
"They cannot cast votes before or after these hours," he said.
The Bandung Mayoral Election will be held on Sunday and more than 1.6 million people are expected to vote.
