ctor Ferry Maryadi has been sleeping on the floor every night for the last four years as therapy to straighten his spine.
The actor said he had a bent spine from an accident four years ago and added he could not lift anything heavy.
Ferry said his therapy surprised his wife, actress Deswita Maharani.
'It was funny. After we married, we slept separately. I spread a bedcover on the floor,' he said as quoted by wartakota.com.
'My in-laws were surprised as well. Once, they woke us up and I said just open [the door], it's not locked. When they opened it [they said] 'what is this, why [are you] sleeping separately?',' he said.
