akarta: PT Lippo Karawaci has recently launched an integrated commercial hub, Embarcadero Park, in Bintaro, Tangerang, Banten.
Commencing its operations in March 2014, the commercial hub spans more than 210,000 square meters. It houses more than 46,000 square meters of commercial centers, including a hospital, family club and private sky pool, as well as entertainment facilities.
The development is located in the center of Bintaro with direct access to a toll road. It is also surrounded by three international schools, namely the British International School, Jakarta Japanese School and Global Jaya International School.
According to a press statement, the project, worth Rp 2.5 trillion (around US$ 229 million), was developed to cater to the needs of people living in Bintaro and its surrounding areas.
'The new commercial hub is our follow-up to the success of Kemang Village in South Jakarta and the St. Moritz Penthouse and Residences in Puri Indah, West Jakarta,' said Lippo Homes chief executive officer, Ivan Setiawan Budiono.
