AKARTA: Actress Jessica Mila says she practices many different sports to stay in shape.

Jessica, who is a regular in the Ganteng-Ganteng Serigala (Handsome Wolves) TV series, said she always found time to work out.

'€œWhen I used to have more free time, I practiced a bunch of different sports from Muay Thai to pilates, from jogging to swimming,'€ she was quoted as saying by tribunnews.com. '€œI don'€™t like to work out in the gym because it can get very boring.'€

With her busy schedule, she needs to pick one or two sports to do in a week. '€œIf I have a lot of free time, I can exercise twice a week. I can combine swimming with jogging or pilates. If not, I use one day for Muay Thai class,'€ she said.
