AKARTA: Actress Jessica Mila says she practices many different sports to stay in shape.
Jessica, who is a regular in the Ganteng-Ganteng Serigala (Handsome Wolves) TV series, said she always found time to work out.
'When I used to have more free time, I practiced a bunch of different sports from Muay Thai to pilates, from jogging to swimming,' she was quoted as saying by tribunnews.com. 'I don't like to work out in the gym because it can get very boring.'
With her busy schedule, she needs to pick one or two sports to do in a week. 'If I have a lot of free time, I can exercise twice a week. I can combine swimming with jogging or pilates. If not, I use one day for Muay Thai class,' she said.
